I got the "girls" squished yesterday......
and I have to say it wasn't that bad. If someone is unsure as to who the "girls" are and what the "squished" means, I'm referring to my first mammography. I'm still over a year away from 40, but my OB likes to get a baseline prior to 40, like 5 years prior but I'm a few year late to the party :D

I went to the podiatrist today and......he's not sure what is wrong with my feet, but it's not a morton's neuroma. *scratches head*
He did neurological test, reflex tests, had me stand so he could see my feet on the floor and then did some pressure things with different areas of my feet and moving my toes up and down. NO PROBLEMS. Part of me was ( Read more... ) -
Podiarty time
Like I stated earlier, I'm doing my wogging method (walking/jogging) and experience numbness in my feet after a while. Sometimes it hasn't bothered me so much, other times it worries me. Yesterday I went out and did 2 minutes of walking and 3 minutes of jogging repeating this pattern 5 times for 30 minutes. About 17-20 minutes in, the numbness ( Read more... ) -

Yesterday morning I got up early and went to the track around 8:00. I walked a few blocks there, stretched and proceeded to do my wogging (walking/jogging combo). I decided to push a little harder. I had the gardener in the other day to clean out the back yard. Since my dog passed away last summer, I wanted to have a bigger area for a garden. Since today was so nice, and I've been on vacation this week, I went ahead and started turning over some soil.
