Buy or make chocolate chip muffins - you can pick your own muffin but something with chocolate in them is the best I think.

Freeze them.

In the event of frustration, crack a beer and put a muffin in the microwave for about 25 seconds.  Cram into mouth..frustratedly.

I wish that T3s didn't make me dizzy and nauseous for the first 20 minutes after taking them.  Or that I could take a nap right after each dose.  Or that my teeth (and lack thereof) didn't hurt more now than they did the first few days after they were pulled.  For awhile it was just the missing teeth that hurt..now it's the rest of them too ( Read more... )

I'm getting my iud changed today.  I'm changing to the expensive one to hopefully help my extremely painful periods.  The appointment came up kinda fast, and I'm not prepared and a bit nervous.  This doctor is going to use an anasthetic, but I'm still nervous.  Have to tell myself that the aftermath will be no worse than my period would be a week ( Read more... )
