I shot a 47 on a 9 hole golf course yesterday.  I typically shoot in the high 50s or low 60s.  So I am pretty excited.  Now the question is . . . where do I put the framed score card?

Al's brother will be staying with us on Wednesday night.  He doesn't officially know about Al's persuasion so we are converting my clothes room to my "bedroom."  It ought to be interesting.  The house will be degayified, that is unless he opens up all the drawers and closets.  I might have to make myself busy with other friends that evening, then ( Read more... )

I've been doing the South Beach Diet for a little over a month - down about 20 pounds.  A little over 30 pounds since January.  Feels good . . . might be slipping into some old jeans soon.  The only let down is that I am hitting a weight loss plateau and I am becoming impatient.  Ultimately, I want to lose another 10 pounds by Bear Pride in Chicago ( Read more... )
