milo's napping so this is as good a time as any to do an update. poor little pumpkin's got a bug and has puked and pooped his way through the morning, thus cancelling our fun playdate plans with secretradio and hazelbroom. drat ( Read more... ) -

well the surgery went off without a hitch, and as an added bonus, it got us started on nightweaning milo. since i had to stay overnight at the hospital, milo had to spend a night without "babas". and since my neck is too tender to risk getting kicked in the middle of the night, saturday and sunday nights, we did a bed swap once he woke up and mac ( Read more... ) -

dammit dammit dammit! my head is in such a fog from this cold that i totally just made the wrong soup for dinner. i was planning on making a sweet potato and parsnip soup that would have allowed me to use up some of the celery in my produce drawer, as well as a leek and the parsnips from my produce delivery yesterday. and i'm such a freakin' space ( Read more... )
