My dad is doing great.  He has a long red scar down the front of his chest train-tracked with little dissolvable stitches, one up his forearm where they took out one of the main artery supplying blood to his thumb, two on his thighs, and somehow they took out a mammary artery but he has no scar from that.  I guess they grabbed it when his chest was ( Read more... )

Tomorrow Reece and I are going home to L.A. to take care of my dad who had a quadruple bypass on Monday.  He's fine.  He sounds great for just having his chest splayed open on the operating table and veins removed from his arms and legs to take the place of the clogged ones around his heart.  I talked to him the day after the surgery and he had ( Read more... )

I'm seriously worried about what will happen to my bowel movements if I take a 9-5 job.  I won't have the 2 relaxing hours in the morning I need to make a poop.  What do other people do?  I need to know from 9-5ers out there:

1. When do you poop? 
2. What makes you poop? 
3. Do you poop everyday?
