Today Lily started first grade. And I only cried for about 20 minutes, instead of all day, like last year when she entered kindergarten.

Yay!

I gave my cold to Lily.

Poor baby. She starts firt grade next Monday, so I really hope she's better by then.

We have lots of chicken soup and she has requested that I go buy Sunny Delight. Which, of course, I will do because she has me wrapped around her little finger.

Time to go play nurse.

Me: "Hey, remember we have plans to go to the farm and park tomorrow with Ari and Brady."

Lily: "Oh darn! I'll have to cancel my plans of burning ants with my magnifying glass."

My birthday is in 6 months. I need to find a drag caberet in Denver for my birthday outting. Does anyone know of anything? And who in the vicinity wants to come? Anybody....anybody ( Read more... )
