why am i always trying to convince my friends to end their relationships?

i went on a date tonight.

he opened doors for me (car/building).

this one is going to be fun.

when a guy asks me on a date it needs to be more than just inviting me along to do something you already had planned. i need to feel special, at least on the first date.

just sayin.

i found out one of my anxiety meds costs close to 200 dollars to get 30pills. this means i can't take it anymore. i am afraid of what is going to happen as i go off of it. i cant handle panic attacks and depression episodes right now. i need to be on my A game ( Read more... )

i dont know what you call it, but you know how people like to bitch about their job, like the little annoying parts of their job they really have no control over. and i get it once in awhile, but when that is the only thing you have to talk about it gets bothersome ( Read more... )

all moved in.

my friends/family were such a great support during my trip.

new things make me anxious, and so much of this is new. it will take time and things will settle.

so many people have told me they are proud of me. makes me feel good.

sometimes i make myself giggle.

like when i open my journal of reasons im glad to be alive and the first thing i see is "dream about pigs"

30 days
no sweets
no coffee
no soda/energy drinks

my only source of caffeine is black tea and only source of sugar is yogurt/jelly/sugar in my tea

yoga/pilates/run 6 days a week.

30 days of hell.
