you are a much better person than I am. It's cool that they are friends and what not, but if something happens between them, I would be soooo pissed! So what if she's lonely, do we know how to say, "Get a life and go make other friends!!" Of all the damn guys in NY, why in the hell does she chose your ex to be interested in? Even if I were interested in any of my friends' ex's I would NEVER pursue them!! That is just wrong on so many levels!! Especially with the history that you and jer have. Even if Jer is the one that does the pursuing, she should be the bestfriend she CLAIMS to be and tell him no!! If she goes along with it, I would beat her ass til she couldn't move, then tell him to fuck off! But that's just me.

Personally I think it's lame that neither one of them can't find someone else besides each other. I mean, it's not like Kate can even hold a candle to you, my dear. I understand that you don't wnat to be in the middle and I think it's wonderful that you told him that he should go, but in my heart I really wish he would tell himself that you are worth more than that, and not do it...

you know, i do fully understand why you're doing this. i fully believe that if the guy i care about wants to be with someone else, then he should be. he should be happy. even if it's my best friend. even if it's my sister. it sucks MAJOR balls, especially if it's just a casual affair for the two.
so, i think if in the same position i'd be doing the same thing. but i still think you should allow yourself the option to not forgive her.
