Really must get act together
I keep buying presents, but I need to seriously sit down and figure out what I have and for who, and what's missing. Tonight I'm planning on some more book shopping, and then tomorrow will lay out the game plan for what's left to do next weekend... I definitely need more stuff for my parents, but am not sure what it is yet. Christmas, man!

Reunited, and it feels.... OK, really
20th high school reunion last night, and it was fine. Not that exciting, all things considered. The turnout was mediocre (~70 out of our 400 person class), and there are definitely people I would have liked to have seen who weren't there. My management company is really run by assholes. When I finally got a hold of someone (started calling at 9:30, got someone on the phone at 2:45), it turns out I don't actually have to vacate by 10/31, like the REGISTERED LETTER said. They are still trying to sell the building. It may sell to someone who wants to keep the tenants, who knows ( Read more... ) -

Have two appointments to see places in Kenmore Square (where I get my work shuttle) tomorrow, and one Tuesday for a place near Cleveland Circle, which is on the busline that goes to work. I know nothing about Cleveland Circle, but my impression is that it's nice? We'll see ( Read more... ) -

So I got a notice this morning that my month-to-month lease is being terminated as of the end of this month. (Me and everyone else in the building, so it's not personal.) Awesome.
