and so, the mardi gras mile was today. it was windy and crappy, so no one really ran as fast as they wanted to. padilla was second in 4:21, ryan was third in about 4:26, and i was fourth in 4:30. then my achilles started to hurt. tight as frig. i hope it fixes itself. it would really suck to be injured while in the best shape of my life ( Read more... )
