the race went well yesterday. we did our jobs. i won the 5K in 15:22, and padilla won the 15K in 46:59. that's a huge PR for me...ramad led the first half-mile or so, and then this navy guy led till the mile. we hit the mile in about 5:03, and then i got antsy and took off. i got to two miles at the top of the hill on the bridge at 10:03, and ( Read more... )

well that went about a zillion times better than i thought it would.
