When I was in college I learned all about that course/background (from the outsiders perspective). Its very cool.
However, if you want to aim for a bit more money in the future, check out the Asian schools of arrangement. They work with more than just the typical flower displays, and the professionals are desired around the world.
It has elements of other design backgrounds - emphasizing that flowers work in an environment. Ikebana is one.
I was really considering this school years ago - though you might only want to risk the time/money as a post-grad course.
Ya, the Montreal School I want to go too gives extra classes that I can take on flower arrangements from different cultures... among others, Asian. :) I want to take them all!
