Fucking finally! All the papers have been signed and ratified. May 16th we will be home owners.

One more day left with the condo and we can finally wash our hands of that place and its shitty managment company.

The reception is pretty good. Much better then Nextel/Sprint.

The battery life is surprisingly long. I've done a few hours of web browsing, writing emails, listening to music and talking on the phone with only about half the battery being drained.

Also, who said you could leave VA and move to Florida?
