This is wonderful, and wow, Zor-El is really a dick. Smirks, I hope he gets true justice, not just a spiteful hope for revenge, but justice. They say the best revenge is to live well, and be happy. Zor-El is definitely going to get some justice eventually. He is incredibly high-handed with Kal, isn't he?

Diana should be at the end of the next arc or at the beginning of the last arc, we'll see when she decides to make her regal entrance. :)

I like the way the relationship is drawn, and I like Bruce trusting Kal enough to sleep on him. I expect the road trip to be very... rearranging of their relationship.

I know it will be, I just don't know exactly how yet. There has to be more of a "Clark" that Kal has access to, and that should (I hope) level things out in useful ways. *rubs hands*

And oh boy, the thought of Bruce fluttering his eyelashes at Kal has me melting/cracking up in equal measure! The image of Bruce falling asleep in Kal's lap just makes me melt only though. *sigh*

It's funny, I really see this version of Bruce as very movieverse, somehow. So it's very much Bale's Brucie in my mind...and he's so pretty at it, lol...
