Me and Daisy watched Cold Comfort Farm together tonight...thanks to Minxie for that! Anyway, from the first moment Rufie graced the screen, Daisy was totally hooked! She was hilarious - she kept going on about how hot he was, and when he was splashing down in the yard, she murmurs, "Hel-LO, nurse!"

Sunday dinner: lamb shanks with mashed potato, leeks, and caramelised roast parsnips and sweet potato. I also did fried apples, red onion and bacon with thyme and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. And gravy finished with port. Divine.

let's face it, I'm getting it while I can, cause ain't nobody gonna be feeding me like that for the next two weeks
