Like everyone else, I have been melting in the heat recently.I get the sun on my office window for most of the day, so I have to draw down a blind, which makes it rather stuffy. I apologise for cocking up my last entry and leaving a spoiler in. I sincerely hope that it has not ruined anyone's enjoyment of Doctor Who. Unfortunately, I have not yet got the hang of the HTML options.

I am drowning in a sea of dust and debris, with no time to clear up and clean. For the last week I have been out every evening and not at social events. It's the same thing this week and I am seriously considering cancelling the one social occasion of my week, simply to get some time at home. I've had a really crazy fortnight professionally, which has entailed getting up at 5am on most days. Last week I had several shows booked which meant I was getting home late, so today I'm fagged and looking forward to a bit of R&R. however, due to having spent so little time at home recently, I have loads of housework to catch up on. Hey ho!

It's been a busy week and I'm completely fagged. On Monday and Tuesday I was at the ROH for my last visits to the Royal Ballet for this season. I was deeply disappointed on Tuesday as the dark and brooding Joans Kaufmann (in my icon) cancelled his recital.  Also, I was unable to get a ticket for tonight's performance of sleeping Beauty, with a cast I particularly wanted to see.
