what my boss thinks of me!
On Friday night at an award ceremony my boss told me that sometimes he hates my f***ing guts - as you can imagine I was very upset by this remark. He then went on to say that sometimes he admires me and loves my passion for the work I do but he still hates me at times. How do I handle that? He was drunk but still! badly fitted shoes
why do we cram our feet into shoes we like just to try and look good? After walking around Cambridge on a pub crawl last night ( I did not drink a drop) my feet are killing. I have 4 blisters and they are really sore. I now feel like throwing my lovely worn twice shoes in the bin :-( At least they were only £7 in the sale. -
Alcohol
I think it is bad for me as I am incapable of drinking more than half a bottle :-( -
further news on the car......
The Autoglass man arrived at 4.15 am this morning to do a temporary repair. I felt like poo getting up at that time. blue_donkey offered to deal with it but I said I was "fine". Afterall he had to get up early to order our Glasto tickets which he managed so successfully :-) -

My advice for the day is not to park your car in Queensgate as someone my break into it and steal the car stereo, this happened to me today. I had to pay £60 to Autoglass (excess on my insurance) and the earliest they can put a perspex temporary fix is between 2 am = 5am. So I have to get up when they arrive. Away Day with work
I was actually really dreading this but once I knew goddessmaat was in the same team as me I thought it could turn out to be ok. It was actually a great day even though goddessmaat managed to stick her bum in my face doing one of the challenges lol ( Read more... ) -
not so good
I am feeling a little rough today with a cold and feel that work should be honoured I came in. Is it because I am feeling low that colleagues are winding me up more than usual or that I have spent the morning in a training on "How to deal with difficult behaviour"?
