Gone but not forgotten.
Happy Birthday Grandma. I still think of you all of the time and miss you incredibly but I realize how lucky that makes me. I had someone who could fill a space in my life and give me the gift of her friendship that was special enough to create that vacuum. You were an amazing woman and I'm so glad we had each other.

My condo is busy....
So my condo is for sale. The first nibble was last week pre-listing due to word of mouth (outcome unknown). It was listed Tuesday afternoon, photos were taken Thursday afternoon and it had it's first showing just an hour later. Wow my condo has an active social life!! ;) -
Feeling so much better!!!
Good Morning! I am feeling 100% better than I have in over a week! As of sometime around 5 or 6 last night the atmosphere suddenly changed and I was feeling back to being me again. *YAY*! Where things (don't?) stand in the condo quests....
So I met with realtor and stager last week and have no idea where I really stand. I'm still waiting for her to email me an estimate and exactly what she'd like to do. She gave me some ideas of where she was going but not quite enough for me to feel like I can make progress until I hear from her again ( Read more... ) -
What's been happening - Early August edition.
Been sorting old paper work and bills and sorting, filing, throwing and shredding. Also going through more old clothes that I've been lugging around for oh so long. While I'm keeping some for sentimental reasons I went through a few more boxes yesterday and set aside around three bags more clothes to be donated. It's so hard - like getting rid ( Read more... ) -
With Goodwill to help :)
So over the last few days I've taken a couple of loads of stuff to Goodwill and given some more away to folks who might appreciate them. A couple of days ago it was some cloths and today it was 15+ pair of shoes! All carried around in a bin for up to 20 year or more. Kinda a nutty mood I suppose... :)
Having just eaten my first breakfast, I thought I'd mention how I love my morning (as well as my evening snack) of nuts. In the morning I have almonds and pecans at night I add walnuts too. Usually first thing I eat in the day and my second to last thing at night - I also usually finish the day with a spoonful of heavy cream - yum! :)
