at first it was giddy excitement and nonstop fun. then it was terror. then it was anxiety. then it was sorrow. then it was foolish behaviour. then it was acceptance. then it was communication. now its just a really nice calm. there's still plenty to do and still plenty to learn but right now, its just really nice.

and thus begins the longest week(plus one day) of my life, in which i do nothing but work and count down the days until i'm back in texas. 8 more days!

stupid body. it won't do what i want it to do. sleep now, i say, but it refuses. wake up now, nope! take a nap now because you woke up at 7am and you're gonna be feelin it at 2am after work, no way!

luckily my body doesn't know how to say no to alcohol, and that always does the trick. haha, try to not fall asleep after this glass of wine.

there is a guy who is in all of my classes. he's even in the same bio lab as me. and today i find out he also works at starbucks. this is weird.

i propose a verbal scale of weirdness, but i'm not sure what all the levels are, or how many there will be. one level, though, needs to be "time travel weird".
