Have decided not to fast- am starting the Beverly Hills Diet as soon as my book arrives. My coworker has lost 6 lbs in 4 days!!! You do it for 35 days and are supposed to lose a massive amount of weight, and keep it off!!!!!!!
Hahaha, broke fast. Just ate a 200 cal, 8g protein, 21g fiber tortilla (wholewheat). Thats it the for the day though. Just water, dietcoke, and diet rockstar for me. Off to Coach
woke up at 125.8 Ran: -343 cals Ate Jamba: 360!!!! I just looked that up. I thought a smoothie would be a healthy way to start my day, and give me some energy for my run.
