So, overall, this weekend was pretty good. Friday night was a tiny bit of a struggle for me, but once I got over that hump, I just tried to bend with the wind, and things sailed more smoothly. I guess I still have a lot to learn, but I think I'm making progress ( Read more... )

Last night was good- I got a belated x-mas present (some awesome GL stuff, and an Alex Ross poster); someone was paying attention!

After some beer at the pub, it was time for an X-Manwich night! (I couldn't think of a better way to describe the evening).

The holiday season this year was difficult, at best. Starting on Thanksgiving, which was pretty tough- I had trouble shaking a constant sense of melancholy and reminiscing over what's changed in my life. So, last night I gave fikkiman his Holiday gift bag, which included a copy of We Love Katamari... which indeed we do. We had fun playing that, watching some Ren and Stimpy, and eating some vegan nuggets... mmmm.
