So far, this is my favorite case I've read in law school. I would nominate Judge Kent for Supreme Court, because he didn't take any guff from them Colonial Penn suits. Plus, I'm a fan of Scalian literary jackassery.

I feel betrayed by the Bush administration. I voted Bush because I wanted a hardline foreign policy toward the Middle East.
