yes for track. i had practice on friday, and i am still too sore to move fluidly. when i get up or walk around or go up stairs, it looks and feels as if i have a spinal disease. seriously. my hamstrings are the tightest i can ever remember them being. my lower back is uber sore as well. thank you toby (head coach) for making my life painful ( Read more... )

soooooo cold.....my legs are sooo cold. so tired and sore...and sooo cold. im shivering right now, barely able to type. i sat in an ice bath after practice today as a preemptive strike against the inevitable pain that will come when i roll out of bed tommorow.
ahh i love track.

well, im back home now, and it couldnt be better. im all unpacked, cleaned up (sort of), and ive got until tuesday to be in scholastic condition. track practice starts for me tommorow at 10am. awesome. im so pumped. my heart starts racing whenever i think about running a 400m or some other fun race. i cant wait. :)

gosh i cant stand portland. i need to leave this place and never return. there are a few here who make this wretched city worth tolerating, but their ability to silence my many objections here is waning. i think im going to stay in spokane this summer. or at least try to stay there ( Read more... )
