Just wanted to wish everyone out there a happy holidays, and hope yours is going well. :)

Mine's enjoyable enough, what with spending time with family, working through my video stash of "Stuff to watch", getting more music from my dad, and copious amounts of sleep and videogaming.

So... I forgot to post about last week's cooking thing... we did a fairly simple Beer Chili, with an appetizer of a regular salad with a -really- nice cherry Sherry vinegrette. I didn't remember to save the recipes, but I'll dig 'em up and edit this post when I get 'em ( Read more... )
