Hecate went in yesterday for bloodwork and to give a urine sample. She was fine when we got home, but when we all went to bed it was another story. Howling. All night. Like cat-in-heat howling. I thought that a dead fish in the tank would be the worst thing I found when I got home from work on Friday. One of the fish had been acting nearly dead that morning, and I fully expected to find it belly up by that afternoon.
