what kind of volume of bleach did you use?
i always used a 40 because my hair was so fucking dark

hmm I'd cool it for now b/c you odn't want to put too much bleach on ur hair :x
but atleast it's not ur whole head you know? just a strip.. i dont know :x

however if you use a lower volume developer, say 20, you can bleach it more times and have it do less damage to your hair (however i am unsure about effectiveness then, though i imagine it would equal out)

Actually wait about a week for the oils to build back up in your hair and should bleach it out all the way and you wont have to worry about it falling out, if you do it now it could eat through your hair. Trust me I've bleached mine plenty of times.

Keep on bleaching!
I bleached out purple-black permanent dye before... i bleaches it 6 times in 2 days, left the bleach on for ages each time. Left it for a month or so then bleached it another 2 times. It was still a little brassy but i used a blue based toner and it was a nice platinum blonde!
