I've tried (briefly) the Trice, http://www.ice.hpv.co.uk/, which looks pretty similar to the Catrike and also a two wheel recumbent whose name I forget.
The Trice was bloody gorgeous. Goes like the proverbial off a shovel, you can do handbrake turns on it ;-), it just /feels/ fast and responsive. I'd not recommend them for city weaving in and out of cars because of the height, you can't see over cars anymore, but on the open road they're awesome.
The two wheeler was a bitch at first, because the balance/weight shift steering is entirely different, and I weaved up a hill like the time I'd had five pints of Abbeydale's Absolution inside me *cough*neverdonethatbeforenosirfoulcalumnityouhavenoproof*cough*. But that too was nippy and responsive.
Much fun. I'm guessing you know this, but cleats are essential. Dropping a foot under the front of the trike at speed is contraindicated.
Reading this was such a great help. Anti aging skin products is such a complicated thing and this article explained it well. Many thanks to this new information.
