Some plans for today:

Drive to Seven Springs.
Pay too much money for a PA ski resort lift ticket.
Tear the snow up with my new snowboard.
Beer or two in the Foggy Goggle to watch some of the Pens game.
More snowboarding until the resort closes at 10.
Drive home.

Sounds like a plan.

When I was little I would get dropped off at a daycare, as some kids were, to waste away the hours while my parents were at work. There wasn't much to do at this daycare besides 1) throw blocks at other children, 2) draw dinosaurs, 3) play Atari (the most popular choice, as it was always accounted for) or, 4) watch VHS tapes. So it's been awhile, sorry about that.

Since my last update; which was the day before I got my kayak, I've been to Ohiopyle about 10-11 times lol.  It's just so much fun!

I did the Middle Yough with Craig on August 24th.  This was my first trip down a river in a kayak and it was a good time.  The Middle Yough has about 5 notable rapids that are ( Read more... )

So, I've started my new job here in awesome Somerset, PA.  Working in the Laurel Highlands... my STOMPING grounds.  Who would've thunk it??  This is awesome.  I moved out here last Sunday and had my first day on Monday.  There was a little confusion with housing last Sunday and I ended up in a house different than the one I was told I'd be in, but ( Read more... )

Ryan came down this weekend to look at some puppies, so he stopped by and we did some shtuff.  We met up and drove out to the Gorge to fish and swim and whatnot, it was a pretty good time.  We didn't really catch much...
