The Evil Eye of Clemens
So I told a couple of my friends, Jeremiah and Meredith, that I was going to Houston to see the Cards play the Astros the weekend of Sept 22-24. (And hopefully, angua9! YAYAYAY!) Why do I always like things with the word "House" in the title?
I must say I'm disappointed that none of the brilliant people on my friendslist ever told me about Bleak House. People! How am I supposed to keep up on excellent TV and movies (or in this case, TV movies) if there's no word-of-mouth? Time to open a new Busch
If there's anything to take away the doom and gloom of being swept by the Cubs, it's a home opener in a Brand New Stadium. I want to savor it at home after work, but the game starts at 4 PM Eastern and I don't know how I'll keep away from checking the score.
Can't WAIT.
