I've spent a few months with steep mood swings. I still have that job, and am thereby saving money. The weather is finally warm and bright and it makes me feel so much better. Better yet, Pseudomammal and I are going to Port Townsend this weekend.

A week ago last Wednesday, Pseudomammal and I got all spontaneous, and decided to drive to New York the next day.

My Fourth of July weekend was beautiful. Summer, American indulgence.

My life has never been better.

There is a bowl on the dining table that is always full of fruit. Fresh garden salads accompany my meals. My subtropical days are accented by swims in the pool (and sometimes the Gulf).
