so, its been a while. last year i went from 190 lbs to 130 lbs in a few months recently gained 10 lbs after my and my ex broke up so im now 140 lbs startin to want to refocus and work on my body image feeling pretty SHITTY lately need a new diet or plan measurements atm are 38' bust 31' waist 40' hips/ass definately need to do something feeling so
dont care. dont feel. im forgetting my days and i dont notice things as they happen i find it hard to get excited i find it hard to feel sad feeling at all seems to be too hard a task
