General Summary:
The time of peace is slowly wrapping to a close. It's been almost two centuries since the last invasion from Manchuria and the ruling family has grown lazy and compliant in their palaces. Unbeknownst to them, their people suffer from bandit raids and rising taxes from their governors. Pleas for help have never reached the king's ears and slowly tensions are beginning to rise throughout the country. A new family aims to rule and within the darkness hints of rebellions are finally begin to seep into the palace.
Will the ruling family be able to keep a hold on the crown with these new dangers rising to usurp the rightful king and his family, will the people be able to band together under the flag that has forgotten them or will they turn to side with this new family. Or perhaps the time of kings and emperors has long past, as a secret group of men come forth to bring power back into the hands of farmers and merchants alike. The coming weeks are riddled with rumors and hushed whispers as people hide inside their homes and batten down the hatches.
A storm is coming and no one is sure what side they are to take to ensure they ride it through safely.
