Our little trip up north was amazinng.  We did NOTHING all week but go to the beach, sail, jet ski, drink, swim, eat, play cards, watch movies, and sleep.  It was a perfect vacation.  Hawaii still may have beat it- but it was a damn close second.  It's the first time in years that our WHOLE family has been together too, so that was nice ( Read more... )

So. I just got home from Hawaii on Friday.  It was one of the best weeks of my life.  I made some really good friends, got a nice tan, sort of came over my fear of flying, became reaquainted with my love of alcohol, and got beat up.   And most importantly, got an internship offer for an environmental engineering firm in Honolulu for next summer.  ( Read more... )
