A Spot of Good News
Yesterday I went to the endocrinologist for my annual visit, which I have to do since my parathyroid got out of control. I wouldn't let them weigh me. She liked where my bloodwork was in January and what was followed up on in March. I'm sure it's a disaster, now. The ultrasound I had on my neck last Friday had also come back. A Sad Farewell
So, I finally wandered into my local, closing, Borders yesterday and I was overwhelmed with feelings of nostalgia as I meandered here and there through the aisles gazing at the books they had left. Is Nervous
There's a really important hockey game starting in just a moment...Here's hoping the Chicago Blackhawks can pull it off and win tonight. It'll be tough, but it would be so much fun to take away Vancouver's fun again. ;)
