don't freak about the grades - it's not worth it, you're smart, so the grades you deserve will come, even if you have bad days, weeks, etc.

i don't think any of the friends you have would distance themselves for you for something like that, which doesn't affect a friendship at all. that's silly. your sexual orientation is your own business. no matter what it is, the good friends you have will support you.
