 Ok, I am so freakin' excited for the new Doctor Who and Game of Thrones so I have been mulling over my shows to see how they rank on the epic scale.:) Mostly, I want an excuse to use my new icon. OMG AGoT is taking over my fandom life.:)

 Oh my god!!!! Yes, I love this show it's so freakin' awesome.:) It has been too long since I have had a violent, action show with actual martial arts. None of that matrix/ slow-mo shit thank god.

 Or should I say it's here, finally!!**squee**.
For the record, as much as I love all of you, I am dying of envy for all of those who get to see it tonight. I have to wait until next Saturday, but yay Game of Thrones. Finally.:)

I am not thinking about the current state of politics in Canada or the US because it is too damn depressing but isn't Hollywood suppose to be distraction from the fail instead of encouraging it?

Tangled is such an amazing movie it has really help lift me out of my funk; I recommend it to anyone who needs an intelligent, entertaining film that turns gender roles on its head while being all kinds of pretty for those who appreciate well-done graphics. It's an instant classic, Walter would be proud if he were still around and I dislike Disney ( Read more... )

I don't know if anyone else is reading the Name of the Wind, but Its addictive and pretty awesome so far except there are some niggling women issues that are always taking me out of the story. Then I read this review and wow, I am 700 pages into the first book and I could see it coming.
