Quick update, Bosslady said that she would discuss my possible raise with someone Tuesday(who? she's the one and only owner) and we would talk about it Wednesday morning. I asked my boss for a raise today. I've never had to do that before, really. I did sort of ask for one about a year ago when she said she was going to be starting an incentive program where I get a percentage of every person I place. I wonder where he gets it from.
The baby has a new sense of independence these days. Since he was six months old, he's liked to sneak up the stairs when no one was looking. Yesterday, at a year and a half, he climbed out of bed, a first, and went down the stairs. He about gave me a heart attack when he toddled into my downstairs office all by himself.
