Coffee Snob

I LOVE coffee. Ever since I was a child, I've loved coffee flavored everything... cakes, ice cream, even coffee-flavored short ribs. The hubs doesn't like coffee at all, but he calls me a coffee snob. I admit, I'm VERY particular about my coffee. Ever since I've been exposed to the good stuff, I can't go back to drinking the tasteless, brown dirt-

I have to use the french press too because Jess doesn't drink coffee, so there's no reason for me to buy a machine. I had the Tassimo coffee maker from our registry, but then returned it because I'm the only one drinking coffee and it takes up a lot counter space.

The question I have is how many scoops do you put into the french press to make coffee for one person? And I like drinking my coffee black.

Jess is like A. He hates coffee!

I use 2 tablespoons of whole beans or ground coffee (they equal out the same) per one 6-8 ounce cup of coffee.

mmmmMMMMMmmmm... I can smell coffee radiating from my computer screen as I read this. Thanks for the pick me up! I usually go with Illy or Torrefazione beans, wait four minutes before pressing down, and half/half creamer.
