Been working on this aquaponics rig for some time. I have done my research on how they work, designed a system and made technical drawings for how this rig would fit together. Poor sparrow hit my building as I was coming into work this morning. He flailed around for a minute and a half while someone tried to find out who to call for help. I felt pretty helpless standing there making sure people didn't step on him while he flailed and tweeted, but he died pretty quickly. No sooner does my second roommate move out, having bought his own house (congrats him!), than the sewage is backing up again. I had the pipe Roto Rootered about a year and a half ago and hoped the roots wouldn't grow back so fast. Well I did figure out why that second keg was leaking and taken offline during the party! I feel kind of dumb about it, but I hadn't really felt like I had time at the time to delve into the possible reasons for it...

I forgot to teflon tape the threads of the hose connector to the keg key. Damn.
