THATS IT! i'm done..i'm not spending another minute here if i dont have to..and just think, one more year and i'm in college..living away from home. thats going to be great.

mmmm...so today i didnt run in the meet cause denny's worried about my knees. i saw tyler...and it was not good news.

apparently, i have inflamed IT bands on both knees..we're trying two different types of treatment, and if they dont work..i'm not allowed to run. thats such a scary thought ( Read more... )
