So I know I've been MIA as of late, but that's because I've been busy with a lot of good things. For one thing, I'm graduating with honors from university this spring. That right there is a big yay! Procrastination
I always leave these things to the last minute. I have an essay worth 70% of my final grade in one of my sociology classes that's due in... oh about six hours. I'm halfway done but I just can't concentrate. I feel comfortable with the material but I don't have a lot of texts that I would love to cite with me since a lot of the same material was ( Read more... ) -

Scotland
So it's official, I'm going to Scotland next weekend! A few of the other American students and I bought bus tickets to Edinburgh and booked our hostels for the trip. We're also doing a two day tour of the highlands so we'll see more than just the city. :-D Yay random trips to other parts of England ( Read more... ) -

For my Gender and Society class, we've been assigned to watch some kind of pop culture tv show, movie, commercials or magazine and analyze their images of masculinity. I'm attempting to sit through Twilight but oh my god it's even more painful than I remember! I don't know if I can make it all the way through this. >.<
