Part of the reason there is a supposed deficit is that they changed the way the university gets public funds, excluding it from accessing some of the revenues.

This article from Newsweek talks in part about the divide of the human and veterinary medical fields. It was sent to the listserv with a note about the last comment. All the medical doctors in the article had their titles correct, but none of the veterinarians had theirs. Not even the ones who also had a PhD. The email asked if this was common ( Read more... )

I'm very biased in this. I think I got the cutest dog with the softest, most kissable ears. Her floppy ears are softer than velvet. And I'm very glad to have her as my companion.

Really, how can you be mad for long when you have this looking at you? My cute little puppydog, curled up like a donut!
