Please note that this small essay is not to provoke the spoofs or take revenge on them in anyway. I just would've felt bad for with holding information that was so conveniently dropped in my lap :) And do understand that criticism, no matter how brutal, gut wrenching, or full of fluffy goodness that it's oozing, is always a good critic.( Read more... )

Haha I have the next chapter to Haunting Past almost done, the zombie fic has, unfortunately been put on hold due to personal stuff that has arouse in life, XD Damn you life! (>.>)g

The reason I'm no longer competing is because currently I don't have the time to finish what I have written, read through it, make modifications, scrap it, rewrite it, and then modify it again XD Besides I've already got the DSS package at my house :D There was no reason to compete anymore XD but I told Kyosmash that once I finally finish the fic I'll post it to the community for the members enjoyment :)

And yes it would've been nice to skip the sarcasm and just go straight to the point, why waste time pawing around? XD
I think her mind might have went along the track of:
Criticizing others = Self ego boost
But idk, I didn't ask and don't wanna XD
I'm glad it made you feel like the better person, it's what it's here for :)
And thank you for taking your time to look over this. And I also think a kudos is in order as well, most people I PMEd this to just PMed me back and basically was like this ---> \(OoO)/ "Thank You!" But you had the guts to just say it on here so kudos :)

Haha she did and pointed out that there are two of them rather than just one, so of course I revise the essay to fit :)

I don't understand. What's a spoof? And were they actually hating and bitching on fic writers? Cateris my fellow lj writer asked me to join some writing comp or challenge and I'm quite apprehensive and insecure because of shit like this

A spoof is a person or a multiple of ppl (normally 2 or 3) That go and find fics that they hate and write about how bad they are on a journal that they normally create just for 'spoofing'. Many have been classified as 'Trolls' Eh, it's up to personal opinion on what you personally choose to classify them as ( ... )

No that's not a spoof, that's a form of a community. Spoofs, will normally participate in the comp but from reading the criteria over it's not even a comp. It's a secret santa. So basically you'll write a fic submit it but remain anonymous. You know like how secret santa is normally played.
