Ok last night I heard the worst thing ever on the Daily Show. They were showing a House debate about violence and video games and how it influences kids and what they should do about the rating systems. Alright so the diet is working so far. Today I slept til about 9:30. Went on the cross training machine and had nothing but my whole food diet, with the exception of some of matts birthday cake.
