I went in and edited the size when I added to the end of it. The long empty box above the text space. Click on the arrow and it brings up multiple size choices.
Kat, you know what you really meant when we were talking earlier when you said "Everything won't be okay, I just have to learn how to deal with my issues."? You meant that it will all be okay. And you were right. So, hush those voices in your head and just let it be.
I understand the eating when depressed thing because it is what I do. It is hard to lose weight and get healthier when food is your comfort. I try so hard to eat better but then I get depressed, and I look for the chocolate and potato chips. It's a vicious cycle, isn't it?
Kat, I think you are a beautiful person both inside and out, and I am glad to call you a friend! I really hope things get better for you.
Thanks, Traci. I feel the same about you. I'm sure there will be a light on the road ahead at some point. It's just hard to keep trudging through the darkness some days. I'm surrounded by good people, though. I will borrow light from them until my own appears.
