If you ever find yourself slicing meat at a deli here's a good tip on easy clean-up. After using the slicer, whipe it down with a dry rag before washing. It helps get all those troublesome chunks and residue off faster because they are most likely moist and will stick to the dry cloth. After that, wash with a wet rag/soap.

If you're ever working in any establishment by yourself where customers/clients come in and you have to use the bathroom...here's what you do. Make a "Back in 5 minutes" sign, put it on the front door and lock up. Though it did ice and rain, I think the school districts over reacted. I did, however, get to go on many deliveries today, which I like. I did not like when I was parked at Dickinson library and locked my keys in my car.

Today, my six-year-old nephew and I looked at pictures of gorillas, manatees (which he told me are called sea cows), walrusses, bats, etc. I asked him what his favorite animal is and he said a frog. When I asked him what his favorite mammal was, he said, "ummmm...my brother. I guess my whole family."
