Enough with the car rides (and other stuff)!
Note to human: Smiley Dog is the creature who likes riding in the car, not me! Please try to tell us apart. He's the one who is jumping up and down and whimpering with excitement each time he sees you pick up the car keys and walk toward the door. The human sometimes takes Big Blonde and Smiley Dog for car rides, and despite Big Blonde's complaints about how sick these make her, both dogs get really excited about these. GretaCat and I are trying to learn to do this (we play Rock'em Sock'em Kitties every day while we wait for the human to arrive with the food bag) but we haven't quite mastered it yet.

Adventure Diva Gets Doused!
It must be a holiday because the dogs were getting baths again this morning. What fun! While Smiley Dog was in the tub, I decided to climb around on the bathtub fixtures. GretaCat mistook the human for a tree one too many times this morning, and before she knew it she was in a knee-vise grip getting her claws clipped. Our birthday treat: The dogs get baths!
The dogs and the human went out somewhere today and when they came back the dogs smelled especially interesting. The human did not seem to like this - who can figure humans out? But this proved to be to our benefit because then the dogs had baths! This became very fun for us between baths. Various leaves and other pieces of natural matterhad fallen ( Read more... )
