We woke up at 4AM this day to get tickets for a sold-out musical. Got there a little before 5 (second place in line) and waited five more hours to buy tickets since selling didn't begin until 10AM. ( Read more... )

The next day we headed to the Tsukiji Fish market, home to the famous tuna auctions. We arrived around 5AM, but got lost for a bit. ( Eventually we found it )

We finally get to Narita airport after 20+ hours, but there's still an hour-long train to get to Tokyo itself. At least the scenery was a lot nicer. You can't really tell in the pic, but the trees are huuuge, and there's no real transition between the rice fields and the patch of forest.
