Adulting is terrible and work is making me neruotic

Being a Mrs. is totally overrated
So after my hurricane year 2017 including a new apartment, a wedding, a honeymoon, buying a house, a mother-in-law knocking on deaths door, caring my aging family i'm beyond exhausted. This heat really makes my blood boil
Well im sure even the animals in the antarctic know how hot and humid it has been these last couple of weeks. I'm not complaining but the space i call home is not air conditioned. OMG i swear i'm spoiled
I am suffering the "i have to mute myself" to get by in this house. Like no loud conversations, i can't plug in my amplifier, i don't play bass enough cause it's a disturbance, i don't ever sing in the house EVER! I am Italian i am loud. cold puts me in the dog house
So I have this stupid cold that is making my workout plans, work, and daily house duties harder. But to top off the irritating cold I've got everyone around the house is treating me like the plaque. YAY for change(when you can feel it)
I mean "feel" it! I've been bodyrocking and trying to be stronger to make my back problems better (which they have been better) but everything else aches. I kinda like it.
