I stayed home sick today.  I have strep throat.  Miserable thing.

But... On Saturday, right before coming down sick, I had someone over to help clean the house.  She scrubbed the bathroom, the kitchen, and the front two rooms, and it is beautiful.  I moved the random debris that needs sorting into the back rooms.  Today, I finally got my Quicken up ( Read more... )

I wash a rackful when I get up in the morning.  By the time I get home in the evening (or maybe by the time I leave in the morning), the sink is full again.  In the evening, if I'm home, I wash another drying-rack full.  After dinner the sink is full again.  Each day, I try to make a further dent in the pile.

Seeing a Jefferson Lines bus always makes me happy.

It is not that they are such a great bus line.  They are Greyhound by another name, with a limited driving area.  But they are the bus company that provided service to Northfield, MN.
